DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Delivery Method: Instant electronic delivery via email
Delivery Timeframe: Within 15 minutes of payment confirmation
How You'll Receive Your Purchase: Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email containing your download link. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Important Notes:
- Download links may expire after a certain period - save your files promptly
- Make sure to provide a valid email address at checkout
- Digital products cannot be physically shipped or returned once access is provided

How It Works: Gelato uses a global network of local production facilities to manufacture and ship your order from a location closest to your delivery address. This approach reduces shipping times and environmental impact.
Production Time: 1-3 business days from order confirmation
Shipping Times (after production):
- UK: 2-5 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days
- United States: 3-6 business days
- Rest of World: 3-6 business days
Total Delivery Time: Production time + shipping time (typically 4-9 business days depending on destination)
Packaging: Products are securely packaged in flat or triangular boxes depending on size and destination to minimize damage during transit.
Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs: **FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.**
Order Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by shipping notification with tracking details once your item is dispatched.
UK & EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT TO CANCEL
Digital Products: By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content. For UK and EU customers, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel ends once download/access begins, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Print-on-Demand Products: The right to cancel does not apply to custom-made print-on-demand products, as these items are made specifically to your specifications under the Consumer Contracts Regulations exemption for personalized goods.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For US and other international customers, all digital sales are final once access is provided. Print-on-demand products follow the same quality guarantee outlined in our Refund Policy.
