Our Products We offer two types of products:
- Custom print-on-demand items (posters, apparel, and accessories)
- Digital downloads (instant delivery)
Print-on-Demand Products
Our physical products are custom-made specifically for your order and printed by our fulfillment partner, Gelato. Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of every product. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.
How to Report an Issue
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue
- We will review your claim within 2 business days
Resolution For verified quality issues, you may choose:
- A replacement item (shipped at no cost), or
- A full refund to your original payment method
In the majority of circumstances you will not be required to return the defective item.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
Exception If you experience technical issues preventing download or the file is corrupted, contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue. We will either provide a working file or issue a full refund.
UK & EU Customers — Right to Cancel
If you're purchasing from the UK or EU, you typically have a 14-day right to cancel for online purchases. However, for digital content, this right ends once the download/access begins.
By completing your purchase with Dexter & Billy Co., you:
- Consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
- Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download/access starts
For custom-made print-on-demand products, the right to cancel does not apply as these items are made specifically to your specifications.
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Replacements are produced and shipped using our standard fulfillment timeframe
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size or color selected by customer (please review your order carefully before purchasing)
- Minor variations in color due to different screen displays
- Digital products after successful download
